Purchase of a block of hours (25h)

Rent by the hour of use (if places available)

Price - The rental prices displayed will be in effect for all new members starting January 2024

Rates based on Air Time for members with block hours only.

Annual fee of $400 + taxes (for insurance and club membership fees, file opening)

We reserve the right to require a security deposit of $1,000.00 (non-taxable, refundable according to contract terms)

Terms and conditions :

​

- Members must hold at least a Private Pilot's License (PPL) with at least 75 hours of flight time.

- Members will be required to perform a check flight on the aircraft and obtain

                                                            approval of an approved review pilot or instructor.

- Taxes, fuel, landing fees and parking are at the member's expense

-The 12-month contract, purchase of block of hours is non-refundable and non-transferable.
